Join Ven. Tenzin Chogkyi, for an exploration of this often-misunderstood yet extremely fundamental Buddhist concept. She will refute the idea that everything exists fundamentally as nothingness, and guide participants through the process of understanding emptiness as the way in which phenomena exist in all their juicy variety.

Saturday’s workshop will explore emptiness more deeply with an explanation of selflessness as it is taught in the major philosophical schools of Buddhism, and will include discussion and guided meditations to bring participants to a deeper, more personal understanding.
