<reviewbody>Thank you for the help with Fire Fox that was the trick. Now for the Show. Phils playing is so good especially during UJB that is easy to say that he is actually getting better. At this point he is up there with Stanley Clarke and Jaco, . I mean his playing in this show is what I wish he sounded like every night. Pumping. Ripping, thumbing and all over the place. He is a bottom end lead guitar player on this show. Thats the Phil we all know and love. Man is he pumped. He is really in a class all by himself. The supporting musicians do not try to copy the Dead that I like very much. As far as -making up- with Bobby and Mickey, sure we all want to be friends but, I hope Phil just does his own thing. Bobby would quite frankly and with a due respect just get in the way. Stay solo Phil and keep rippin</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>Well worth the download, IMHO. Phil, Trey, Joan - they all sound great! Many Thanks to Phil!

As far as downloading the Lossless(FLAC) files, I use FireFox and there is a great extension called 'Down Them All!', which is essentially a download manager & it works great! So easy to use too... You just click on the icon, and a list pops up with every downloadable file on the page listed - including the Lossless files! You check which ones you want to download & where, and it does the rest - incredibly fast too. If you use FireFox, I can't recommend it enough. If not... Sorry.</reviewbody>

    <reviewbody><b>Jinglebell Rainbow</b>

please see this FAQ: http://www.archive.org/about/faq.php?faq_id=178 especially this part: "Update 5/2006: Please note that due to a major system transition, many items' ZIP files (for their "Lossless" links) have been deliberately disabled for the time being. Engineers are still working on the best method for the new system."

if you want to download just the lossless files, either right click and 'save target as' on each file, or use FTP or 'downTHEMall!' firefox extension. i'd recommend the dTa extension. works like a dream.</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>Please, for God's sake, people, do not skew the star ratings on shows by giving them low ratings because you are annoyed about something that has nothing to do with the show's quality! (This means you, Jinglebell, among others.) if you must post, and are not reviewing the show, then please give the average star rating of reviewers before you, rounding up if necessary. I hope y'all see why.</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>This file set was originally released with a flaw in d3t07, Box of Rain. There was a nasty digi snafu at around 5:08, which was nearly a complete loss of signal. It circualted for about 24 hours with the flawed track. A fixed track was released by Phillesh.net to replace the flawed one. I am adding the new track here now... there will be an interuption while I add the new file and new md5/ffp. UPDATE- The fixed file is now available. Also note there is a fixed MD5 file and FFP that include the fixed track</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>Wow, a lot has happened on this tour. First Schofield, then Trey. What is Phil going to do next? In my opinion this show is well worth the download. 2nd set is the set that The Dead played at Woodstock, so its got historical value plus some pretty sick jams. Jam> St. Stephen is especially HOT!!!! The encore is also a nod to the last G.D. show ever, to the exact date, eleven years ago. A great tribute to Jerry!!! Thanks for the free SBD and the sick jams PHIL !!!!!!</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>I have been a Dead fan since 1973--so I have seen alot of shows and heard many--many tapes/cds. What people fail to mention is that Trey--whether you like Phish or not--is an awesome guitar player!! Just listen to UJB at this show. I have so many favorite dead shows but I can honestly say that 2/12/06 from the Beacon and this show are definitely amazing shows--Phil seems to really let go when he plays with Trey. Amazing!!!</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>What an outstanding show. You can certainly tell the energy and focus was ON that night.

This show I did not make, but my friend Wayne made it and told me what a remarkable show I missed. I can't wait until the next tour already!!!!

This show has all the foot-stomping-in-the-dirt rythym and energy I love to enjoy at shows when the Grateful DEAD played and thank GOD Phil continues to deliver and share his gift to us.. Every show I go to I STILL get a tear in my eye when I look around to still see our community of dead heads living and loving what Phil delivers. Because I fear very much when the sun sets on this experience someday. So thank you Phil and all who work with you for what you do for us.

Set 1's Cumberland, Candyman and Rider were right on and powerful, what a treat.

An explosive St Stephen worthy of max volume playback. Put this one through your own Wall Of Sound!!!

From Dark Star on through the end of the show awesome set and great sound. I could always do without Touch of, but I understand the set. Capped off with a beautiful Box of Rain.. Did I catch a brief Pink Floyd tribute snuck in there at the end of Rain, or was that the venue's sound system??.....Enjoy.....</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>Really nice gig. Set list, playing, energy, recording is all top notch. Not being a Phish fan whatsoever, it's nice to hear Trey with Phil. To be sure, Phish can jam. Thing is, unlike the Grateful Dead and the band Phil has here, the jams never really seemed to lead anywhere.
But now this gig is another story. With Phil as the anchor, Trey soars and when they jam....man, do they go somewhere.
Great show.</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>oh thank you so much for the soundboard phil.
(i hate reading reviews and seeing all these people say thanks for the sbds!! but here i am doing it myself)

to review the show...well its all great. I think St. Stephen is on fire especially the solo.

the three encores are all amazing. Even considering the GD years its one of the best Box of Rains ive ever heard.

My opinon, touch of grey should be saved for bobby and phil. but hey its still sounds pretty damn hot.

turn down the lights, light one up, and hear the beauty of this show. I did and i swear, when i closed my eyes i thought i'd open my eyes and see them playing in frotn of me and see jerry above the stage smiling down.</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>Bzl - Listen to "High Time" again - hardly the train wreak you think. A couple of mis-starts, but it's all good.

I was blessed to be able to take my 17 year old son to this show, third row center. Phil is certainly the puppet master, directing the show, but he has earned the right to call the shots.

And what a show. Trey was smoking in the opening act, Barry Sless (Kingfish!) for the first set, Trey for the second, a great song selection. St. Stephen was excellent. The entire original Woodstock set played in order...Trey and Greg playing in "Lovelight"...and it was all hot...

Cap it off with a significant encore.

Anyone who wasn't there can be critical, but anyone who was knows this was P&F at just about at their best. There are perhaps better shows (Boston, Red Rocks, etc) but this was up there.

Thanks for the soundboard, Phil!</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>I think Phil is the man for giving us a free SBD recording here and there, but people need to stop complaining about "FREE" music...if you really supported the bands and the music, you would buy their music every once in a while and not complain about it. How can artist continue to make music if no one "Buys" it. Free music is great, especially when it's Dead and Phish related, but come on folks, buy some tunes every once in a while!! Killer show here by the way. Love Joan and it's great to see here back. I really missed her since the 03 Dead shows!</reviewbody>

The whole Show Blew my mind.... Joan is such a plus.Phil is so diffrent from Bobby which makes you long for Him. He wraps you in a blanket of love and Music.. With over 50 Grateful Dead Shows under my belt, this may have toped any of them.. I thought it was over after Jerry. Little did I know it was just a new begining. We are blessed to live in such a generation. Surley as with all good things, this to shall pass, I am just glad I was here for it. Thankyou Jerry, Bob, Phil, Pig, Vince, Keith, and everyone and most of all the other heads... We all share somthing special. <reviewbody>Ok first off - I live in NY, and I attended this show- the venue at Bethel NY is shiny and new and a beautiful place to see a show.
This was a beautiful, loud, clear show.....

Now- not only was the second set opened by the same songs that the Dead did at Woodstock- but the end of the show was closed by - "Touch of Grey" and "Box of Rain"- which were the first and last songs of the Soldier Field show in 1995 (the last show Jerry played)- How incredibly sweet of a man does Phil have to be to remember Jerry this way... God there was some electricity in the air this night- so many parallels and so much meaning for me....
I was emotionally and physically spent as I drove home from this show last summer....</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>I know its the Dead's cliche song and everything, but really, there is nothing like a smokin' version of Touch. So I was psyched to find a version that Trey played. When you look at the three Warfield Phil and Phriends shows from April '99, Touch of Grey is missing (as well as China Cat). Anyway, I was psyched to hear Trey attempt the solo from Touch. IMHO, if you play in a jam band, you should have that solo memorized note for note. It is not a hard solo comparatively given all the crap they play. I don't guys, this was just uninspired and unpracticed.

The rest of the show was good. But the two stars are for Touch only. One for song selection, and one for cool people on stage, and zero for memorability.</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>What was "humble" about that? You being another headphone couch jockey trying to order Phil's band around as though your "humble" opinion amounted to a hill of beans? Let go of that control freak streak, Bub.

A live performance is not a carbon copy of a CD or album. There's this new thing... Improvisation. If nothing else, Phil cut his teeth on the practice with the Dead. Besides, it's the coolest thing about a live performance, to hear the guys in the band get a chance to stretch out, expand and re-develop the nuances and parameters of a song. You want "note for note" with a jam band? Stay home and listen to studio recordings.

Speaking of cliche's, this whole "Let's tell the band what to do" thing has become tiresomely just that.

Great show, Phil. Nice recording. Keep up the great work!

<reviewbody>FYI - trainwrecks do not happen at the beginning of the ride, they happen at the end, and suddenly. High Time is beautifully played from start to "train wreck". the band does not end the song, nor do they go into a jam, the recording just suddenly custs off mid somg. so it's a train wreck. And a tragic one at that. Not the bands fault at all.

this show is awesome. </reviewbody>
